At Prebble Card Psychologists we specialise in providing high quality medicolegal reports in personal injury and clinical negligence cases. Our psychologists are able to act as expert witnesses and are familiar with the civil procedure reforms.

From our database network, we are able to match the most appropriately qualified and geographically best placed psychologist/psychotherapist to meet the need of each individual client.

Our psychologists and psychotherapists are usually either personally known to us or have been recommended to us by an existing associate. Registered with the HCPC (Health Care Professions Council), Chartered with the BPS (British Psychological Society) or Registered with BACP (British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy).

Find A Psychologist

In addition, we require of our psychologists that they:

Maintain appropriate CPD.
Have their own professional indemnity insurance.
Have appropriate supervision arrangements in place.
Agree to assess/interview subject of the report (using appropriate test materials), carry out research and read information supplied by clients.
Are experienced and licensed psychometric test users.
Prepare a report and return this to us within an agreed timescale.

Address any queries and clarifications raised on their report and respond within an agreed timescale.
Agree to answer any Part 35 questions raised on their report within an agreed timescale, if required.
Hold joint discussions with another expert and produce a joint statement, if required.
Appear as an Expert Witness in Court, if required.
Inform Prebble Card Psychologists, in a timely manner, of any current or proposed disciplinary action by the HCPC, BPS, their employer or any other statutory body.
